Whoever you choose to speak to will act as a non-judgemental listening ear and provide you with information about your options for next steps at Culture Shift, whether that be accessing support, informal resolution or formal reporting. They will only share information on a need-to-know basis.

If you would like to request a specific responder, you can; however, we recommend checking on Google Calendar/Employment Hero to see when Case Managers may be taking leave or have non-working days. If you select a specific responder, only this person and Peach HR will have visibility into your report.

If you don’t have a preference, you can also select ‘I don’t mind’ and Peach HR will assign whomever is most appropriate and available.

Leadership Case Management Team

The Leadership Case Management Team are trained to risk assess, facilitate supportive conversations, and navigate the reporting journey from initial submission through to resolution. This team has completed specialised Responder Training designed to ensure all reports are handled with sensitivity, consistency, and in alignment with best-practice disciplinary and inclusion policies.

MHFA Case Management Team

Mental Health First Aiders are trained to identify early signs of mental health challenges, listen non-judgementally, and support individuals in accessing appropriate help. They are trained by MHFA England, an accredited provider specialising in workplace mental health training.

Peach HR

Joanne serves as our dedicated external partner from Peach HR, providing expert guidance on organisational culture and employee relations. As the platform's only super-admin, she has exclusive visibility into all reports, ensuring oversight and consistency across the case management process. Joanne is trained in trauma-informed communication and trust-centred risk assessment, providing the professional objectivity and care required to manage sensitive reports.
