As far as possible, it is your choice what happens next. There may be cases where it is judged that there is a risk of immediate harm to any party, or a safeguarding risk. In these cases, Culture Shift may take action on a report in the absence of a named reporter, or without the consent of a reporter.
You can select who contacts you. Our SLA is 5 working days. Please note this system does not sync to calendars so we recommend checking on Google Calendar/Employment Hero to see when Case Managers may be taking leave or have non-working days, as in these cases our SLA of 5 working days may not be met.
Our HR team work with us on a limited basis and may not always be able to provide a response within the 5 day SLA window.
