Reporting with your contact details means that you are asking for someone to get in touch with you and outline what your options are: these options include informal, formal, and general or specialist support. 

After a report is submitted, we will be in touch with you and arrange a call or meeting to discuss. Depending on what you feel comfortable with, a follow up appointment will be made.

This meeting can be kept confidential, except where there is a duty of care concern. If this arises during discussion, we will let you know and explain the next steps.
